Blogging is a lot like high school. You hang with ya peeps in certain blogging circles. I've got so many blogs that I read already, and some of the circles I belong to are huge. I often see the same commentors on the blogs I frequent, but I hesitate to click their link.
Will I hate them? Or will I like them so much that I will devote the next several months learning everything I can about them? I don't have that kind of time, people.
I learned something tonight that I think I've known all along. Although I'm a small town kind of gal, I'd like to think that I keep an open mind. But I realized something. I'm a hypocrite. The majority of people I read are just like me: age, family, religion, location, and hell, even my name.
So I realized something. By isolating myself, I am learning nothing.
